Results are in and it’s all good news.
For the ewes carrying our purebred embryos we had a 78% percent success rate. This is a huge improvement on last year’s numbers and we are thrilled with the result.
Lambs are due in December.

Just learnt Landline plan to do a feature story on the first Valais Blacknose sheep in Australia. They are reaching out to breeders to interview and so I thought it was definitely time for a website so people could find us if they are interested in the Valais Blacknose sheep.
Our mums to be don’t have too long to go, only two months! We will begin supplement feeding shortly and we’ve been busy building pens for the ewes in our big shed so they can labour somewhere comfortable and have the support should they need it.
Our first drop of lambs will be 50% Valais Blacknose and 50% English Leicester, we hope to have purebred Valais Blacknose sheep next year.
If you would like to be among the first to know when we have purebred or commercial grade Valais Blacknose Sheep available please send me an email.
